Risotto with Sun-Dried Tomatoes and Mozzarella

Frozen Peanut Butter Cheesecake

I made this for my husband who enjoys anything peanut butter and he LOVED this! I followed the recipe exactly and we liked the crust just the way the recipe was written. Thanks for the great recipe!

Maple Apple Crisp

A great crisp! To increase the nutrient value, I add 1/2 cup of wheat germ, 1/3 cup of flax seed meal, and 1/3 cup of slivered almonds. It's the perfect dessert!

Dijon-Tarragon Cream Chicken

A favorite in our house! I do coat the chicken in flour first and add garlic and onion as per the reviews. My husband likes it so much, it's become a staple in our home.

Rich and Creamy Tomato Basil Soup

Chicken was very moist, but you have to like the flavor of mayonnaise for this dish. I did use half mayo and half light sour cream. If I try this again, next time I will probably use all sour cream, since I am not a mayo fan at all. Served over fettuccine noodles.
