Cream Cheese Brownies

I used 8oz cream cheese. It did not bake in middle, even after adding about 15 more min. Need to try again, it tasted ok.

Crunchy Oven Fried Tilapia

This was good, but I used Cod. Need to try with Tilapia. Also added shredded Parmesan cheese and garlic. Served with slice of lemon.
