Greek Pasta Salad
VERY good. All flavors blended well, longer it sat, better it got.Used the lo carb (Dreamfields)pente, so it was a fairly lo calorie salad. Our company all liked it.

Recipe converts well to a 'reduced sugar' treat. I used Splenda brown sugar, Splenda white sugar, Hersheys SF chips and halved the recipe. Nice soft, chewy consistency, mega-sized. But, they were REALLY sweet (I had 'firmly' packed the brown sugar but will cut back on next batch.)

Swiss Chicken Casserole II
Tasty, ez to make, stuffing placed on top gave it a nice twist.I may double swiss cheese next time, as we really didn't taste the one slice.
