Delicious! Quick. Easy. Tasty! I didn't have any boneless chicken breasts so I used bone-in and cooked for an additional 15 minutes. Just made this dish on Tuesday and I am making it again tonight...it was that good! Didn't alter a thing aside from the different chicken cut.

Best meatloaf recipe ever. Easy to prepare and a winner everytime I make it. The only thing I do-is instead of adding a small onion, I use French's -French Fried Onions instead. They add wonderful flavor and disappear when cooked. The kids never know they are in there but adds great flavor. I also omit the giner. Try it, you won't be disappointed.

This recipe was VERY easy and QUICK. I served it as an appetizer for a dinner party that I was having. I altered it a little. I added about 1/4 tsp of fresh lemon juice and I broiled the crab cakes instead of frying them. They were just perfect. I served them with a side of chipolte dipping sauce - YUMMY!! Can't wait to make this recipe again!! Everyone just loved it!!
