Pasta Lasagna

Amish White Bread

I am very happy with this recipe. In half an hour I can have this dough rising and then I'm off doing other things. This morning I was gone three and a half hours before I got back to the rising dough. Punched it down put it in bread pans and went on to another project. You can't do anything wrong with this recipe. It comes out great all the time.

Cinnamon Rolls I

I have made these quite a few times now and these are great! The last time I made these I used a large sheet pan instead of the 8x8 pan. The rolls were easier to remove from the pan.

Spinach and Potato Frittata

A very good dish that I used as a side dish for a ham dinner. Since I cook for two sometimes three the left overs will be greatly appreciated. A keeper for sure.

Apple Scones

This recipe is a work in progress. I never had scones before, but I think I agree with another review that you need more than one apple.There just was not enough apple flavor in the scone. I enjoyed makeing these, and I'll continue to make them and try to make them better.

Fabulous Chocolate Chip Cookies

These are quite good as long as you don't over cook them,18 min. was too long. 13to15 min. was plenty of time.I love the honey flavor in these cookies. I also like not having to use shorting in the recipe like in some other chocolate chip cookie recipies.

This is a wonderful dish that I have made a number of times. I use my own biscuit mix, but the thing that makes this dish really tasty is the poultry seasoning.

Easy Pumpkin Muffins

Very good as is except in a review I read they added brown sugar on top for a little extra crunch, that was a GREAT IDEA! Put these muffins over the top. Also, these need to cook for maybe 30 min. or a little longer. Today I made these muffins and I forgot the brown sugar and they were no where near as good as the first time I made them with the brown sugar.

Chicken Vegetable Potpie

I love this recipe!!! What I did different was I used a double crust. What I'm going to do different next time is I'll add poultry seasoning to the mix. It was a little bland in flavor.

Hamburger Mac Skillet
