Curried Cumin Potatoes
I followed the recipe as stated. It was extremely dry. I added some chicken stock as others stated. I finally had to make mashed potatoes and added some cream. It tasted horrible and I actually like curry. I will not even try it again

Easy Caramelized Onion Pork Chops
Excellent chops, and very tender. I recommend leaving lid off for second part as there is alot of liquid, unless you want to make a gravy as in previous reviews. I didn't read about the brown sugar until after I made it. I will try it next time.

Split Pea Soup with Rosemary
This was the best split pea soup I have ever made. My husband doesn't like pea soup and he had two helpings. I added chopped up ham.
