Quinoa and Black Beans

My kids loved this recipe. It is also extremely easy and versatile. I have used chickpeas in place of black beans since that is what I had on hand at the time. My son loves to use the leftovers to make meatless burritos.

Libby's® Pumpkin Cranberry Bread

Wonderful! I did add 2 cups of cranberries as suggested in reviews and was happy with the results. Very easy to cut, plan on adding slices to my cookie tray's.

Kolaches From the Bread Machine

Not someone who enjoys baking however these Kolaches are amazing. Follow the instructions exactly and resist the urge to add more water if needed beyond the 1 or 2 tablespoons. It will make the dough hard to handle. Thanks for the recipe.

Almond Shortbread Cookies (Mantecaditos)

These cookies are simple and amazingly good. Make them small as recipe instructs and keep an eye on them while baking, you do not want to overbake. Should be golden around edges for perfect taste. These cookies melt in your mouth!
