BLT Dip
As is, my fam rated the recipe a 4. Quick and tasty dip. We also made a version adding only shedded lettuce on the top and shedded cheese. We liked that better, but both are really good. Just depends on your taste.

Balsamic Roasted Pork Loin
Have made this twice once as the recipe is written and once using Teriyaki seasoning and canola oil (is what I had on hand at the time). Both turned out perfect. Used Ginger Ale & H20, instead of white wine to keep the pan sauce moist. Gravy turned out excellent!
