Quinoa and Black Beans
My kids loved this recipe. It is also extremely easy and versatile. I have used chickpeas in place of black beans since that is what I had on hand at the time. My son loves to use the leftovers to make meatless burritos.

Mixture for Meatballs, Meatloaf or Burgers
I loved this recipe. Made it exactly as written. The white bread is what my mother used to use when she made meatballs. Thanks for sharing.
