Quinoa and Black Beans
My kids loved this recipe. It is also extremely easy and versatile. I have used chickpeas in place of black beans since that is what I had on hand at the time. My son loves to use the leftovers to make meatless burritos.

Mixture for Meatballs, Meatloaf or Burgers
I loved this recipe. Made it exactly as written. The white bread is what my mother used to use when she made meatballs. Thanks for sharing.

Allison's Cold Crab Dip
This was okay. Made it as directed. Don't think that we will have it again. Wasn't to our taste but maybe yours.
