I loved this recipe - I made a few minor adjustments - browned a couple slices of bacon, crumbled in and browned the chicken the grease - also used two 10.5 ou cans of diced tomatoes with green chillies rather than seperate cans - it was wonderful - a little hot but great remedy for the winter sinus sufferers - I'm from the south so I put bacon in just about everything and may even try this with a little frozen okra.
