I've got this philosophy about cooking...food is something to be enjoyed not only by the pallet but also by the soul. I enjoy cooking and I never feel as if it's something to "get done" or to "get it over with". I enjoy taking my time, to make meal time a special time with my family and friends. Italian food...it's clean simple and fresh!Even the most simple recipes taste like you've worked on them for hours! Cooking Christmas dinner together as a family. Everyone has their part and together we make cooking fun! Cheesecakes...I have a small side business of making these delicious treats! My children will never let me forget the time I tried to make creamed spinach...oh what a major disaster that was!
