Very quick recipe. You can add some parsley flakes and black pepper. And ever use fresh mushrooms and garlic. Just saute them with the onions.

Black Bean and Couscous Salad

Reviewed: May 24, 2009
This is a great recipe. I have never used couscous before and so this was my first dish with it and i can say i will continue to use couscous. I opted for fresh black beans instead so i popped them in a pressure cooker with some black pepper and salt to cook. I used canned corn too. And for the vinaigrette I didnt have cumin so i left it out, subsituted red wine vinaigrette with apple cider, and added a dash of Kraft Tuscan syle vinaigrette, oh and i also omitted the oil, since i added the tuscan vinaigrette.

I would saute some onions, celery and seasoning peppers in the butter. After allowing it to cool, add it the the egg mixture.

Beer Batter Fish Made Great

Reviewed: Jan. 25, 2009
Recipe needs some fine tuning. I would add half as much salt and paprika. I used some hot sauce about 1/2 a teasp and skipped the black pepper. I'm from Saint Lucia, fish needs hot sauce. i served with some tartar sauce. Great for making fish fingers for parities. Just cut the fish up smaller.
