Easy French Dip Sandwiches
This was a great quick weeknight meal. My husband loved it as much as when I would cook a roast in the crock pot all day for au jus sandwiches. I wish I new about this shortcut earlier! I sauteed some onions for our sandwiches and toasted the bread before putting the sandwiches together. That will help your bread from getting too soggy too quickly.

Banana Banana Bread
This is my new favorite recipe! I have made this as bread and as muffins several times and it always comes out moist. I even used whole wheat flour, brown sugar substitute, light butter and liquid eggs and it was awesome! I also add a tsp of cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla extract then I sprinkle extra brown sugar on top before baking it. It adds some great flavors and the brown sugar adds a nice sweet surprise when you go to take a bite.

Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches
This was a big hit with my husband! He insists that I make this for our annual Superbowl Party. I followed another reviewer's suggestions and cooked my frozen chicken breasts on low for 5 hours, shred them with 2 forks, then left the crock pot on warm until we were ready to eat (about an hour or two later). The chicken sucked up all the liquid once I shred it. I served ours with cole slaw, celery & blue cheese.
