Butterscotch Oatmeal
Yum! This is delicious! I cut the sugar to 1/4 cup, 1 T butter, and added raisins. I agree that it is sweet enough this way and I am a sweet addict.

I'm sorry, but we didn't like this. It just wasn't anythng special for it to have all those great ingredients in it.

Rich and Creamy Tomato Basil Soup
I LOVE this soup! I followed the directions exactly except I only had 3 tomatoes so I used them and one 14.5 oz can of diced tomatoes with oregano and basil. Oh, and I didn't peel the tomatoes but did seed them. Delicious!
