This is a great recipe. I thought my old lasagna was good but this was better. I did not tell anyone the recipe was any different and yet my 18 year old lasagna fan 'taster' asked what I had done differently and that it was the best lasagna I'd ever done and the old ones were good so there you have it! My partner, who unfortunately cant eat cheese was extremely sad not to be allowed any as he said it looked and smelt amazing. Highly recommended recipe. P.S Being English I was unsure what 'can/s of tomatoe sauce' meant as we dont have such a product, only regular Heinz Ketchup and that didnt seem right to include but I did have a jar of Passata Tomatoe which I fiqured was basically what the recipe was asking for so I used that and it worked a treat! Thanks a lot for sharing. Definately the way I will do lasagna from now on.

Muffins did not rise very well despite filling cases 2/3 full. Also were quite gooey despite plenty of time in oven on correct temperature and outsides being very golden. Lost half of muffin in case with first few so resorted to eating remainder with a spoon so not exactly muffins! I will try another muffin receipe but if no better will try & improve on this receipe by perhaps more baking powder & less orange juice.

This tea was very nice. Smells like mulled wine when cooking but obliviously no alcohol. My Fiance even liked it and he wont usually try fruit tea but the smell of this one got him and he really liked it as did I. I halved the receipe just for us two and got enough for a decent mugs worth each. Definately do again sometime. Recommended if you like mulled wine and/or cranberries.
