Authentic Bahamian Peas and Rice
I'm sorry to report this was terrible. I thought I liked anything with rice in it but this was bland, flat-tasting, and heavy.

Chicken Spaghetti III
Surprise - a great new recipe. This is outstanding. I didn't have processed cheese so just used 8oz of Montery Jack.

Restaurant Style Red Beans and Rice
This is terrific! If you like New Orleans red beans & rice, you'll love this. I couldn't bring myself to include the lard so just omitted it but I followed the rest of recipe and my family loved it.
