Really good, but came out undercooked in the center. Used a 9x13 glass pan which might have been why. Threw back in the oven for 15 more minutes. Also, substituted shortening with butter.

Followed directions and ended up with a layer of burnt potato slices on the bottom of the pan. I tried to salvage the dish by scraping out the center, but even the unburnt parts tasted awful.

Really good and pretty darn easy! I tossed the pecans in 1 Tablespoon of butter and pre-toasted them in a 350 degree oven for 15 minutes.

Wow, very very savory. I used lowfat cream of chicken and it was still really really good. Made a judgment call on the amount of bread crumbs...only used 1/2 cup since 1 cup seemed like an excess. Husband raved.

Delicious Black Bean Burritos

Very tasty. Didn't have cilantro or jalepeno, but they still turned out great. After tasting the end product, I decided to add a bit of seasoning...ie.)cumin, garlic powder, chili powder. Will make again.

Best homemade cream cheese frosting!! Did not alter anything. Made sure that whipping cream was really stiff before combining with other ingrediants. I think I beat it on medium speed for 10 minutes.

World's Best Lasagna

Truly the worlds best lasagna! Everyone had seconds and even a few thirds! I cut huge pieces too! The only thing I did differently was to soak the pasta in hot water instead of boil it.
