Chicken And Apple Curry
Very easy, and tasty. I did add some diced green peppers to the onions and apple. It added some color and contrast. My teenage daughter like it as well.

Fresh Tomato Pie
Made this yesterday to use up my garden tomatoes. Very easy and fast to put together. I added cooked crumbled bacon to the onions. My teenage daughter liked this as well.
