Jumbo Fluffy Walnut Apple Muffins
My husband called home from work to say these are the best apple muffins he has ever had. I felt the same way, I had already eaten two!

Grandmother's Buttermilk Cornbread
Absolutely without a doubt our new favorite. Not dry, crumbly or too dense. Light fluffy with great flavor

Chocolate Sandwich Cookies II
Very easy. I had only 1 devil's food cake mix, so I cut the recipe in half. We also liked the softer cookie so opted for less baking time. Filling is very sweet. I will likely experiment with marshmallow creme filling or buttercream & cool whip filling for next time.
