Not much to tell. I like cooking, Beer, hanging with people at my neighborhood Bar. Horseback riding and horseshoes are other things I like to do too.
My favorite things to cook
I like grilling and smoking during the summer. I like doing large one pot meals a lot. I make up and do a lot of different veggie salads.

T Bird's Beef Jerky
This is a good recipe, almost idetical to mine. I do change mine often as my tastefor it might be different from one day to the next. The only thing I do different is I use skeewers to hang mine. Can usually get 8 or 9 slices on each skeewer. You just don't want them touching.
