i love cooking big meals for family and friends but my favourite is the sweets, my friends know me for always having sweets in the house.

Dilly Crab Salad
My fiancee and I enjoyed this salad. I read some of the reviews so I changed some things, I put less mayo and sour cream and I added the green onions, lemon pepper and some onion salt, very tasty!

Fluffy Carrot Muffins with Cream Cheese Frosting
These did not turn out for me. The one thing i changed was putting 2 eggs instead of one. The insides of the muffins caved in and the outside was very crunchy and tasted gross, even after putting the cream cheese icing on top. I wouldn't make these again.

Hobo Potatoes
My family use to make kind of the same thing we called it Hobo dinner and it was beef patty then potatoes and vegetables all put in a foil package, then put on the barbecue. Each person had their own personal foil package meal.
