Made these on a cold winter night when I needed a quick dessert for girlfriends. It was a hit because the chocolate was so good. I did have difficulty removing from ramkin . . . I served them in puddle of fudge sauce with whipped cream.

Excellent! I was looking for a blueberry pancake recipe and decided to try basic pancake and add the blueberries. They were delicious. I did add a little more buttermilk to the batter to get the consistency a little more pourable. I put a handful of fresh blueberries in the batter and pureed; then added another handful of berries before grilling them. They were light and very good.

This was good! I would probably add cinnamon next time. I used a Hylander Grog flavored coffee and it added a rich butterum flavor to the cake.
