This one is a keeper. Only change I made was sprinkling some Parmesan on the top to give it a nice crispy tasty topping.

Wow! is all I can say, angels dancing on my tongue was what I felt on the first spoonful!! I thought I'd never better my own chicken curry recipe but this one is now my own chicken curry recipe!! I used coconut cream instead of milk and added a little water as it seemed a bit dry , also used some more curry and cayenne than specified but I like my curries pretty hot.

Fantastic recipe, reminds me of one I used to love as a kid. I served with a choice of custard or vanilla ice cream - both seem to work really well with this.
