Colorado Buffalo Chili
Wow, this chili is awesome! I did not have the green chilis on hand, but I know this chili will be made even better when I make it next time. I added a full onion and much more garlic. I also topped with cheddar cheese and some chips from the bottom of the bag. This chili is awesome and very filling!

Clone of a Cinnabon
These rock! The only criticism I have is to let them bake maybe 1-2 minutes later. The dough doesn't seem quite done, but that could be a factor of the cinnamon/butter making the dough chewy. This is completely excellent. I plan to add walnuts to my next batch, and maybe use 1/2 tsp of almond flavoring to the icing instead of vanilla.

This is a very good versatile recipe! I really enjoyed it. It's very flavorful and tender. I highly recommend this to anyone.
