This may be my new favorite cookie. These were delicous...so much so that I probably need to make another batch before Christmas. A couple of things, though, just to warn people. I did not get anywhere near 6 dozen cookies with this recipe. My cookies were not large at all, but the recipe still only yielded about 3.5 dozen for me. Also, I had chilled this dough before working with it, and I actually had to let it sit out for a bit and soften to be able to roll it. I made some of the cookies with strawberry jam and some with citron jame (yuzu fruit spread from Trader Joes) and both were wonderful!

Chicken Tortilla Soup V
I think this is a great recipe! It's got a lot of flavor and is easy to make. I've made it for several social events, and it has gotten great reviews. I used lime juice in place of lemon (it was what I had) and have some cooked rice to the soup as well, just to make it a bit more hearty.

Best Toffee Ever - Super Easy
Great, easy to follow candy recipe. I cooked to hard crack stage ( a little higher than the recipe states) and have the most beautiful, buttery toffee. It'll make great Christmas gifts! Thank you!
