Pizza Dough III
Very easy directions to follow. Due to phone calls and going out to the store, my dough rose longer than the 30 minutes and it nearly tripled in size. The pizza base was light and tastey! I did not have a pizza pan-we rolled it out on a cookie sheet. I plan to buy a pizza pan for the next pizza which I know there will be many.

Beer Bread I
Super easy directions to follow. Like many others, I increased the sugar to 1/3 cup. I added a handful of cheese to mine and allowed it to rise for 3o minutes before baking. I also took others advice and poured melted butter to my loaf beforehand and mid-way through as well. YUMMY and moist!!!!!

Red and Green Christmas Jalapeno Jelly
LOVE THE TASTE!!!!!! Made 2 batches and gave them out as Christmas gifts. WILL definitely do this again next year. I chopped the peppers using a food processor which made it much easier. The second batch I took others advice and left the jalapeno seeds in to give it more heat. I ended up giving two types of pepper jelly away-Sweet Pepper Jelly and Spicey Pepper Jelly. Many thanks for a great posting!
