Strawnana Bread
Moist and fruity. I did sub applesauce for oil, as I do in most baked goods. Recipe was enough to make 12 mini muffins, 9 large muffins and 1 smaller loaf.

Simple Salmon Chowder II
OMG this was soooo good. I can see myself making this all time when the weather cools off. The only change was that I used a can of creamed corn because that was all I had. Had a nice texture, wasn't too thin or too heavy. The bacon adds a really nice flavor too.

Simple Time Pork Chops
I followed another's suggestion to mix butter and mayo. Other than that followed the recipe. My cheese melted off and made a greasy mess with the butter. Still determined I spooned the sauce over each chop as I served them. They were very chewy. Probably won't make again. I was hoping it would be like a chicken monterey but with pork. BTW The sauce was actually good, if your not counting fat grams and all. But hey, who doesn't love butter and cheese?
