I made this to accompany roast chicken at a recent dinner party. Everyone raved over it. I did follow other advice and add toasted almonds for the extra crunch. Will become a regular on our dinner table.

Pork Tenderloin with Dijon Marsala Sauce

oh my gosh - there should be a higher rating for this. first, i did add mushrooms to the sauce and made the sauce in the pan after roasting the pork in the oven, while the pork was resting. i also made this on christmas eve for my family and they went nuts. My husband doesn't like pork and has asked for it to be put on the "regular menu" and my daughter had seconds instead of dessert. I am sitting on cloud nine! I also served it with steamed broccoli and put sauce on top of it as well. Fab simply Fab!!

We really tried to love this recipe. I followed the directions with the recommendation to add some red wine vinegar and some worchestshire sauce - while the sauce was great the meat was dry - very dry.

Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff

This is excellent comfort food - great for a cold night. I took others advise and to avoid it being too salty used unsalted butter, fat free cream cheese and fat free cream of chicken soup. The aroma filled the house while it was cooking and when the family arrived home their mouths were watering. every last drop was eaten. Next time I will make extra!

Baked Beans, Texas Ranger

Recipe was good - next time I will use a little less brown sugar - 1/2 cup made it too sweet for my families taste. I will also use a little less chili powder (but not much less) overall it was good and my daughter love the aroma while it was in the oven

Sorry, I have to agree with many of the other reviews. This lacked flavor. I went back and added a pinch of essence of emril and some cocktail sauce to jazz it up a bit which helped somewhat

I used fresh chopped onion and more garlic. While good it still lacked a little flavor - next time I will add a jar of tomato sauce to enhance it and to try and keep the chicken from drying out too much.
