Joey's Peanut Butter Cookies
I made this recipe exactly as stated but I put an extra scoop of peanut butter in for good measure (can never have too much PB) they turned out perfect I wouldn't change a thing. I did not have any problem with the dough it was a little soft but plenty greasy so it formed balls beautifully. Im not really sure where some people went wrong but I found the recipe and measurements spot on.

French Toast II
this recipe is a keeper.I was out of nutmeg so I subbed all spice. I used homemade bread turned out beautifully. thanks!

Cut-Out Cookies in a Flower Pot
This is by far the best cut-out cookie recipe I have tried. I have made many gift bouquets with it and it turns out perfect each time. I use the sugar cookie icing recipe from this site with a paint brush to apply and they turn out beautifully. One trick I have found so they don't turn out hard is bake them on parchment paper (watch them closely) and they are done when they just start to turn brown around the bottom edge.
