Peach Pie the Old Fashioned Two Crust Way
I found the taste was VERY floury. I even backed it longer. The crust stayed doughy, not as it was to with the egg brushed on. Maybe a bit less flour next time..?

One Dish Bourbon Chicken
I didn't have any bourbon so I put pale dry sherry in it. Even the kids ate all of it and asked when we were going to have it again. Enjoy!

Feta Shrimp Pasta
I added some fresh baby spinich leaves just before I served it, and also added a bit of chopped garlic, about 3 cloves. Everyone loved it!
