hello.i'm beth my friends call me betchay,i married a japanese man whom i love so much.i just give birth to a baby boy.my husband love food and he appeciat what i cook,he too say any comments or suggestions. but mostly he teach me a lot.i am a filipino from philippines,so my dish were too far from his.foods in japan were too delicious and tasty,they love raw like sashimi and sushi.i my favorite things to cook are asian foods,but i like pasta too,and making men(noodles)were my favorite too. i love Christmas and new year's eve. the most unforgetable dish i made was beef stew,were i impressed my father who said never in his entire life he has tasted such delicious dish.so inspiring, and im so happy to hear that from him. oh the worst recipe i made was (pealla)valenciana were i miscalculate the broth the bottom was burned and smells badly,o god what to do,that time was our town fiesta,what a disaster!
