It's too hot to cook! Using a rotisserie chicken from your supermarket makes this chicken salad fast and easy. Apples and nuts add a nice crunch, while the spicy mustard, lemon juice and hot sauce add a little kick. And the hint of cream cheese makes it tastes indulgent.  Using mayo with… MORE

I absolutely love macaroni and cheese. I love the taste, I love the cheese and I love the idea of all that yummy butter for a once in awhile treat. However- mac and cheese does not like me. The version I grew up making my husband does not like (he says its too eggy) so even though it was my… MORE

I'd like to submit this but I can't decide what this is- so read on and send me your suggestions. Whatever it ends up being, it… MORE

Sunday my husband was having a cousin come into town, so I had to find a nice and easy recipe that would taste good. Personally I don't like fried chicken, so I had to look a little while before I was able to find this recipe. When I finally found Cheddar Baked Chicken, the simplicity of the… MORE

Southerners eat a lot of cole slaw. And they like their cole slaw sweet. I admit that I used to like mine that way also. I love cole slaw, but can't eat it at most restaurants because a lot of people put celery or celery seed in it. YUCK! One thing you will never find in this blog is a recipe… MORE

It's "date night" with Chris! IE, the night I don't go out and do something and I drag him off of the computer and make him cook dinner with me and eat with me, before going back to Diablo 3. We've done shake & bake chicken several times already, and spaghetti... Going to try this one out,… MORE
