So here I am - my first round of blogging on AR, sharing all of my wisdom and smartiness. Don't get nervous, its short. Recently on the Buzz a few people had requested favorite wing recipes, with Superbowl XLVI fast approaching and all. If everyone's household is as typical as mine, then wings… MORE

I think for most there are two schools of thought when it comes to the George Foreman grill. The first being that it is as good as any other kitchen tool and is now becoming a classic standby to the outdoor or stovetop grill. Hey there. It is now Tuesday and I am imagining that the Turkey supply is getting low and you are having some of those, "Oh no, not turkey again" thoughts.  This is a tasty change to a casserole, soup, or some other basic recipe to use that turkey up.  How about a Rachael Baked Sandwich. You… MORE

If you can incorporate these four Bs into a meal, I totally recommend it. Here's how I did it: Sirloin burgers with Boursin cheese middles and as a topper. Oven applewood bacon, also a topper along with sliced avocado. Beer on the side. Not rocket science, but dang, the Boursin cheese + bacon… MORE

Just thought I'd tell people about the leftovers from the Turkey Burgers. So, I had a few burgers left, and put them in the fridge.  Next day, I pulled a couple out for lunch -- one for me, one for my wife.  I microwaved them, but before putting them in, I poured a little teryaki marinade on… MORE

Seeing as the World Series just wrapped up yesterday, I couldn't resist the title -- my apologies to any that I may have offended with a poor pun. Tonight I made my first attempt at turkey burgers -- the verdict?  Not bad.  And I will make them again. So, what was my recipe? 20oz 93/7 Lean… MORE

Dawn is an hour or two away as you unlock the doors and turn on the lights.  As you make your way across the dining room to start a pot of coffee, you notice that the table cloths are crooked on some of the tables and there are cracker crumbs on the floor, not really obvious, but still enough… MORE

I watch the Food Network so often that Kelly calls it my “Food Porn”.To explain why it fascinates me so much would be rather difficult but I could watch for hours and hours. Immediately after I watch a show though I want to try cooking what I just watched them make on television.Last year, just… MORE

Just discovered that allrecipes.com has published my sorbet recipe. Read the reviews and loved the feed back. My husband and I vacationed in Door County, Wisconsin this year. Got my 2 lb. bucket of pitted  and frozen sour cherries and will make this years batch soon. Also stocked up on wild… MORE
