We loose and we gain back - now our emphasis is on just eating healthy.  Two years ago my husband and I lost weight easily by cutting out bread, rice, potatoes, and sugar.  After several family gatherings, a family wedding, and now the holidays - we are back in the mode to eat healthy… MORE

Has anyone noticed a shortage of rye in this country? Or maybe it’s just Washington. There is no bonded Rittenhouse Rye to be found anywhere.
