Pretty simple really.  Just cut open some sub buns, put lots of mozzarella cheese, then broiled for about 5 minutes until brown and bubbly.  Then put some pizza sauce on the other side and added the meatballs. MORE

I sauteed onions and garlic, seasoned with basil, oregano, and salt and pepper, then browned both sides of the pork chops.  I then added a little chicken broth, and baked for 30 minutes.  I took out the pork chops, added a bit of flour, and thickened the broth for a gravy.  I had a pasta on… MORE
