Jim and I have been on vacation this week... We call it our stay-cation!  Why do we call it that?   It is because we don't go anywhere... we stay at home!  We enjoy our time in our home , watch the college world series, swim in the pool, and eat...the old grill is definately getting a work… MORE

Southerners eat a lot of cole slaw. And they like their cole slaw sweet. I admit that I used to like mine that way also. I love cole slaw, but can't eat it at most restaurants because a lot of people put celery or celery seed in it. YUCK! One thing you will never find in this blog is a recipe… MORE
