I orginally found a recepie for baked risotto somewhere else and it was good but it called for Parmesean cheese and the aspargus was supper hard and crunchy.  It also called for lemon zest which really doesn't belong in risotto (IMHO).  So I started thinking about how I could make this to… MORE

I have used aluminum foil through the years in cooking and sometimes even for craft projects, but somehow never really saw all the potential and the huge benefit of the easy clean up benefit it could be to use it on a regular basis. Also how convenient it can be to keep things separate… MORE
