As I mentioned in my first entry, I've been heavy most of my life.  Just plain old BIG!! In sixth grade when I was 10, I was 5'4" and weighed 124 pounds.  I had to watch what I ate for a long time in school.  Even when I became a majorette in seventh grade and went until I graduated. Plus I… MORE

Before my first day at AllRecipes.com came to be, my fiance and I had a wonderful egg and pancake breakfast... or we were going to until we noticed we didn't have any pancake mix left. Without a bit of time to throw together a fluffy mix fit for a first day, we instead had a fried egg on… MORE

Our beach vacation has come to an end.  It seems like it was just yesterday that we were heading East.  This year we had a crowd and we had fun!  Jon and I, Kristal and Jake, and our Mexican family friends got to spend 5 days together doing what we do best – eat great food and have lots of… MORE

This evening I decided to address comments before getting into my thoughts each time I post. So I want to talk about our life when I was young. When we moved to the country, everything was very far away, we needed transportation. I was six when we moved there. I was used to walking to school… MORE

They are so delightfully versatile and there really is no comparison to the average packaged tomatoes you buy at the grocery store. Our plants… MORE
