All-Star Veggie Burger

Use soy. No, use beans. No, use oats. No, use rice. Hey, why not use them all? This veggie burger is an alternative to eating its beefy cousin. It's high in fiber and as a stand alone patty, actually tastes pretty good. Once you layer the ketchup, mustard, pickles, etc. you won't be able to tell the difference.

A tomato based chicken chili with extra cumin. I used to make this stuff during college because there is enough of it to last me a long time. This recipe is VERY hot.

Apple Curry Turkey Pita

Submitted by: MOONNOODLE
This is great for turkey leftovers. Simple, quick and flavorful. This is a good one for substitutions too. I've used white wine in place of lemon, sour cream in place of yogurt, chicken in place of turkey and Indian naan in place of the pita. Enjoy!
