This is an excellent dish for a barbeque party. Make the ribs in advance, and when your guests have arrived, all that's left is to grill them. You'll have them wondering how they got so tender and tasty so fast.

Our family's favorite. Slightly sweet and spicy with a light non-tomato based baste, that doesn't overpower the delicious falling-off the bone meat. We have also used this recipe on pork shoulders.. Devine!! BBQ sauce is never needed, but if you must, only use your favorite!

This is how my Brazilian mom prepares pork ribs. Boiling the ribs with the seasonings ensures that the meat will remain moist and juicy, and that the flavors will fully penetrate the meat. I hope you like these as much as I always have! Serve with lime wedges, rice and a fresh green salad.

Pork ribs are rubbed with a sweet-spicy mixture, then basted with orange and lime juice as they cook resulting in a tangy and spicy crust.

Mom's 'Sweet 'n' Sours' Pork Ribs

My Mom's longtime recipe that she learned from my grandmother who has long passed on. Combines soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, dry mustard, garlic, as well as a few other simple ingredients to make a delicious sauce for sweet and sour cut ribs. Great over rice! Some say rice and this sauce is their favorite food! A Lechner family tradition!

Singaporean Tender Pork Spare Ribs

These spare ribs are marinated in light and dark soy sauce, orange juice, garlic, and peppercorn, then fried briefly. After simmering the ribs, marinade, and spices such as star anise and cinnamon for an hour, they are ready to serve with white rice. Very flavorful and tender!

Spicy Honey-Mustard Glazed Pork Ribs

These sumptuous, habit-forming ribs can be mild, to very spicy depending on your taste. My husband and I like things HOT, and the honey, mustard, onion and spices blended together will have you beggin' for more! The ribs have a beautiful presentation and will be well-enjoyed at intimate dinners, as well as backyard barbeques.

This is a great recipe I discovered recently. I make it often because we really enjoy it...hope you do, too!

Carolina Style Ribs

Mustard based sauces are definitively South Carolina. This one will definitely satisfy your needs. This is for the big fatty ribs, not the baby backs. Do not trim the fat from the ribs. This method renders out fat and keeps ribs moist. If you do not have a smoker available, this can also be done in the oven.

Steve's Bodacious Barbecue Ribs

These make real mouth-watering 'Pig-cicles'! They take a while to cook, and when you eat them, you'll have pork fat smeared from ear to ear! Mmm! Mmm! I like to smoke with hickory wood, but any of your favorite will suffice.
